Ingredients of Dadar Gulung
- You need of Bahan kulit Dadar :.
- It's 250 gr of tepung segitiga.
- Prepare 30 gr of gula pasir.
- You need 4 gr of garam.
- Prepare 1 btr of telur.
- Prepare 180 ml of santan.
- Prepare 180 ml of air pandan + daun suji.
- It's 2 tetes of pasta pandan.
- Prepare 280 of air biasa.
- You need of Minyak goreng utk mengoles pan.
- You need of Bahan unti kelapa :.
- You need 1 btr of kelapa, parut.
- You need 100 gr of gula merah. Sisir.
- It's 100 ml of air.
- It's 50 gr of gula pasir.
- You need 1 sdt of garam.
Dadar Gulung instructions
- Kita buat unti kelapa : Masak air, masukkan gula merah dan gula putih aduk smp larut, saring sisihkan.
- Masak kelapa, gongseng sebentar tanpa minyak sekitar 5 menit an lalu masukkan air gula aduk dan masak sampai agak kering, angkat.
- Kita buat kulit dadar : Campur semua bahan aduk sampaI raga, saring.
- Siapkan pan panaskan. Ambil 1 lbr tissue basahi dg minyak goreng, Olesi pan. Tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan angkat memutar smp rata masak smp matang, angkat (gunakan api kecil).
- Lakukan smp semua adonan habis.
- Setelah kulit dingin, ambil 1 lbr kulit isi dg isian gulung, Lakukan sampai kulit semua terisi isian. Siap dihidangkan.
