  1. You need of Bahan kulit Dadar :.
  2. It's 250 gr of tepung segitiga.
  3. Prepare 30 gr of gula pasir.

  6. Prepare 180 ml of santan.
  7. Prepare 180 ml of air pandan + daun suji.
  8. It's 2 tetes of pasta pandan.

Dadar Gulung instructions

  1. Kita buat unti kelapa : Masak air, masukkan gula merah dan gula putih aduk smp larut, saring sisihkan.
  2. Masak kelapa, gongseng sebentar tanpa minyak sekitar 5 menit an lalu masukkan air gula aduk dan masak sampai agak kering, angkat.
  3. Kita buat kulit dadar : Campur semua bahan aduk sampaI raga, saring.
  4. Siapkan pan panaskan. Ambil 1 lbr tissue basahi dg minyak goreng, Olesi pan. Tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan angkat memutar smp rata masak smp matang, angkat (gunakan api kecil).
  5. Lakukan smp semua adonan habis.
  6. Setelah kulit dingin, ambil 1 lbr kulit isi dg isian gulung, Lakukan sampai kulit semua terisi isian. Siap dihidangkan.
